Key Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, trains, cabs, hotels, visas, etc.)
Negotiate and communicate with travel agents, hotels, and transport vendors for best rates and services.
Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies.
Maintain records of travel expenses and submit reports to the accounts department.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies.
Coordinate travel schedules for team members attending exhibitions, installations, demos, or training sessions.
Keep track of visa validity, insurance, and other travel-related requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
1-4 years of experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or administration.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of travel booking platforms and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage urgent travel needs.
Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
Preferred:
Familiarity with travel policies, vendor management, and cost control.
