We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to join our travel team. The ideal candidate will assist clients with travel inquiries, bookings, itinerary changes, and post-travel support while ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, helping them plan memorable journeys and resolving any concerns with professionalism and empathy
Responsibilities and Duties
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding travel bookings, packages, and itineraries.
Provide accurate information on destinations, flight schedules, hotels, and visa requirements.
Process new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds promptly.
Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to confirm services.
Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
Address client concerns effectively and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Support the sales team in achieving customer retention and service quality goals.
Provide after-travel assistance and collect feedback for continuous improvement.
