Role Overview:



NVAG Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a passionate and experienced Travel Consultant - Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in travel sales (1-5 years), possess excellent communication and persuasion skills, and be well-versed in using

Amadeus

GDS for international bookings.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound travel inquiries from customers and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

Offer flight, hotel, and package recommendations based on client preferences and budget.

Use

Amadeus GDS

for fare search, reservation, re-issuance, cancellations, and ticketing.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Follow up with clients through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure conversions and customer satisfaction.

Keep up-to-date with travel trends, airline policies, and fare rules.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and bookings in CRM systems.

Deliver a seamless and personalized travel booking experience to every customer.

Desired Candidate Profile:



1 to 5 years of experience in

Travel Sales

or a similar role in the travel industry.

Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS

is mandatory.

Excellent communication

and sales skills must be confident in handling clients.

Strong knowledge of international routes, airlines, fare structures, and policies.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using MS Office, emails, and travel booking tools.
