- Travel Consultant / Travel Agent

Key Responsibilities:

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets Research, plan, and book flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and other travel services Provide accurate information on travel regulations (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.) Recommend suitable travel packages and services based on client preferences and history Prepare customized and detailed travel itineraries Handle booking changes, cancellations, and emergency travel issues professionally Maintain and update client records and travel documents Build and sustain relationships with travel vendors and partners Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry news Achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role Strong sales and customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Attention to detail with strong organizational skills Ability to manage multiple bookings and work under pressure

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (required) Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred) 1-3 years of relevant experience in the travel and tourism industry
