Trip Sailer is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to manage client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation:
o Assist clients in planning and organizing their travel itineraries, including
flights, accommodations, and other travel services.
o Provide detailed information about travel destinations, tours, and services
offered by the company. 2. Sales & Bookings:
o Manage bookings for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
o Promote and sell travel packages and customized travel solutions to meet client preferences and budget.
3. Customer Service:
o Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving
any issues, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
o Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting
client needs.
4. Documentation & Coordination:
o Handle all necessary travel documentation, including visas, passports, and travel insurance.
o Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm bookings and ensure seamless travel arrangements.
5. Market Knowledge:
o Stay updated on travel industry trends, popular destinations, and new travel
products.
o Provide clients with up-to-date information on travel restrictions, health
advisories, and safety guidelines. 6. Administrative Duties:
o Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information. o Prepare and present reports on sales performance and client feedback.
