In addition to reporting to your supervisor, please update Miss Viral Shah in HR daily with your attendance details, including check-in and check-out times, late arrivals, early departures, and leave requests. Also, keep her informed of any office-related issues, situations, or disputes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Consultation and Sales
Engage with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
Offer expert advice on domestic and international travel destinations, experiences, and activities.
Convert inquiries into bookings by recommending appropriate packages, add-ons, and personalized experiences.
2. Itinerary Planning and Coordination
Design and coordinate comprehensive travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, transportation, excursions, and other services.
Ensure all travel arrangements comply with clients' expectations and preferences.
Arrange visa assistance, insurance, and other travel-related documentation as required.
3. Customer Service and Support
Provide exceptional pre-departure and post-booking support, including responding to any travel issues or concerns.
Act as a point of contact for clients during their travel, ensuring their needs are met and providing solutions to and unexpected issues.
Handle emergency travel situations or last-minute changes with a proactive, calm, and problem-solving approach.
Vendor and Supplier Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel suppliers to secure favorable terms and exclusive offers.
Negotiate competitive pricing and added value for clients, including discounts or complimentary services.
Market Research and Product Knowledge
Stay updated on travel trends, popular destinations, and new travel products.
Continuously enhance knowledge of tour packages, travel services, and tourism regulations.
Share insights with clients to create a compelling, informed experience.
4. Reporting and Administration
Manage bookings and payments accurately, ensuring compliance with financial and company policies.
Maintain records and generate reports on bookings, client preferences, and sales performance.
Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
In addition to the core responsibilities assigned by management.
5. Daily Sales Report (DSR) Management: Verify and ensure the accuracy of the DSR to maintain transparency in daily financial transactions.
