Job Description

We are looking for a Travel Consultant who is passionate about travel and tourism. The candidate will assist in designing tour packages, handling customer inquiries, and supporting day-to-day tour operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in designing and planning domestic tour packages (Himachal, Rajasthan, Kerala, Goa, etc.) Help in preparing basic itineraries and costings Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors Handle customer calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and follow-ups Support bookings for hotels, sightseeing, and travel services Customize existing tour packages as per customer requirements Learn and assist in handling international holiday package inquiries Ensure smooth coordination for customer satisfaction Eligibility / Requirements: Freshers are welcome (0-3 months experience can also apply) Basic knowledge or interest in the travel & tourism industry Understanding of Indian & International tourist destinations Good communication and interpersonal skills Willingness to learn tour planning, sales, and customer handling Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, WhatsApp) Bachelor's degree in Tourism / Hospitality / Any stream (preferred but not mandatory)

Good communication skills Customer handling attitude Basic sales understanding (training will be provided) Ability to multitask and learn quickly Interest in travel planning and destination knowledge
