About the Role

We are seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Spanish-speaking Travel Sales Executive

to join our growing international sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international travel sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. This is a

target-driven

role, with a focus on providing

tailored travel solutions

to Spanish-speaking clients across global markets, primarily during

U.S. business hours

.

Key Responsibilities

Manage

inbound and outbound calls

with Spanish-speaking clients inquiring about international travel services. Understand client needs and provide

customized travel options

including flights, accommodations, and vacation packages. Use

GDS systems

(Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) to

search, book, and issue

tickets accurately. Promote and

upsell travel-related services

, such as travel insurance, hotel upgrades, and guided tour packages. Build and maintain strong client relationships through

exceptional customer service

and post-booking support. Meet or exceed

monthly sales targets

and KPIs as set by the sales manager. Ensure all bookings, communications, and client interactions are

accurately documented

in the CRM system.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

2 years of proven experience

in international travel sales or a similar role.

Fluency in Spanish

is mandatory. Proficiency in English is highly preferred. Solid understanding of

global travel markets

, airfare rules, and travel logistics. Hands-on experience with

one or more GDS platforms

(Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) is strongly preferred. Strong sales, negotiation, and

closing skills

. Comfortable working during

night shifts

aligned with U.S. business hours. Ability to work in a

fast-paced, target-oriented environment
