Domestic & International Ticketing
Handle flight bookings, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds for domestic and international sectors.
Use Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, for ticketing and fare management.
Ensure cost-effective ticketing solutions and compliance with travel policies.
Coordinate with employees and management for travel approvals and schedules.
Arrange complete travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, local transfers, and travel insurance.
o Maintain accurate travel data, including booking details, invoices, and employee travel history.
o Support the finance team with travel expense reconciliation and reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality).
1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate or agency ticketing.
Hands-on experience with Amadeus, Galileo, systems.
Good understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing processes, and travel documentation.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously.
