Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic

Travel Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel itineraries including flights, accommodations, and activities, while ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand customer needs and preferences to create tailor-made travel packages. Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services. Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events) to travelers. Use booking systems and travel software (GDS or other platforms). Maintain relationships with travel partners including airlines, hotels, and tour operators. Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional manner. Advise on travel documents, visas, and travel insurance. Stay up to date with travel trends, restrictions, and advisories.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a travel consultant or similar role (preferred but not mandatory). Familiarity with booking tools and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations. Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or relevant field is a plus point

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
