We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our holiday packages. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to understand customer needs to provide tailored travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell Dubai holiday packages to potential customers through calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Understand customer travel preferences and design tailored itineraries including flights, hotels, sightseeing, and transfers.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel vendors to confirm bookings.
Prepare accurate quotations and travel documents for clients.
Maintain relationships with repeat and corporate clients to ensure long-term engagement.
Handle customer queries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Stay updated on Dubai's attractions, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality).
Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or package management (preferred).
Strong knowledge of Dubai destinations, attractions, and travel formalities.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking platforms (if applicable).
