Handle inbound customer calls related to domestic travel.
Address inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide prompt and accurate information regarding travel bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and travel policies.
Ensure excellent customer service through effective problem-solving and communication.
Required Candidate Profile:
Minimum
6 months to 1 year
of experience in the
Travel Domain
.
GDS Certification
and strong knowledge of
GDS tools and systems
(e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
Strong communication and articulation skills.
Must clear
Versant Level 5 Communication Assessment
.
Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving skills.
