Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused

Travel Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services. The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of travel products and destinations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional travel advice and personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences, budgets, and schedules. Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements (flights, hotels, visas, transfers, cruises, and tour packages). Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations. Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, health and safety advisories, and destination information. Handle customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, and in-person consultations. Process payments, issue tickets, and confirm reservations with suppliers and service providers. Resolve travel-related issues or emergencies efficiently and professionally. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and financial transactions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Collaborate with travel partners (airlines, hotels, tour operators, etc.) to secure the best rates and offers.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or in a similar role. Proficiency in travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) and MS Office. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Strong sales and negotiation abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Knowledge of current travel trends, destinations, and market practices.

Preferred Attributes:

Certification in travel and tourism (IATA, UFTAA, or equivalent). Multilingual skills (advantageous). Passion for travel and customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
