As a Travel Consultant, you will assist clients in planning and booking their ideal vacations. You will provide personalized recommendations based on clients' preferences and needs, support the booking process, and ensure a seamless travel experience from start to finish. Your role involves collaborating with senior consultants, handling administrative tasks, and contributing to achieving the team's sales targets..
Key Tasks:
Client Consultation:
Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements.
Offer tailored holiday packages and travel solutions based on client needs.
Booking Management:
Assist in booking flights, accommodations, and other travel arrangements.
Process and confirm reservations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client requests.
Administrative Support:
Prepare and maintain travel documentation, including itineraries and vouchers, end to end transactions.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Co-ordination with other departments or offices in India or Globally
Market Research:
Stay informed about travel trends, destinations, and industry developments.
Provide clients with up-to-date information on travel options and promotions
Sales and Customer Service:
Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective up-selling and cross-selling.
Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
Dimensions:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
Previous experience in a customer service ,Travel agencies, operations or sales role is advantageous but not required.
Strong interest in travel and tourism.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of booking systems.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
