Key Responsibilities:
Sales
1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate clients, and travel agents.
Proactively engage with clients to understand their travel needs and present tailored solutions.
Achieve sales targets by converting leads into confirmed bookings.
2. Itinerary Customization
Design bespoke travel itineraries based on client preferences, ensuring attention to detail and alignment with brand standards.
Recommend unique destinations, experiences, and luxury accommodations to exceed client expectations.
3. Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate them.
Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Above 2 years in sales within the luxury travel sector.
Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Leadership quality
Client-Focused: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations.
Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with travel CRM systems, booking platforms, and tools like Microsoft Office Suite.
Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of luxury destinations, exclusive experiences, and the needs of HNWIs.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed and work flexible hours to accommodate client demands.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
