Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client Handling
Assist the sales team in managing enquiries, leads, and follow-ups.
Handle client queries via phone, email, or in person, and provide suitable travel solutions.
Prepare and present quotations, itineraries, and package options tailored to client needs.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings while maintaining strong client relationships.
Support corporate, group, and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) bookings.
Operations & Coordination
Coordinate with suppliers, DMCs (Destination Management Companies), airlines, hotels, and transport vendors.
Ensure accurate documentation (invoices, confirmations, vouchers, tickets, etc.).
Track bookings and assist in resolving operational issues.
Maintain updated knowledge of travel destinations, visa requirements, and travel guidelines.
Support & Administration
Maintain client databases, enquiry logs, and sales reports.
Assist in preparing promotional material for sales campaigns.
Support senior consultants in group tour operations and fixed departures.
Provide after-sales service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Knowledge of domestic & international destinations, travel products, and packages.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales support, travel consulting, or operations (travel industry preferred).
Freshers with a passion for travel and strong communication skills may also apply.
