Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
travel operations
including bookings, itinerary planning, and customer coordination.
Handle
sales inquiries
, close leads, and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist with
visa applications
and ensure all documentation is in place.
Attend internal and client meetings as needed.
Provide 24/7 travel support for urgent changes or cancellations.
Maintain accurate travel records, invoices, and expense reports.
Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and ticketing systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, Event Management, or a related field.
1+ years of experience in corporate travel management, event planning, or ticketing.
Knowledge of
flight ticketing systems
(Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, or similar).
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Must be flexible and proactive with the ability to multitask.
