Key Responsibilities

:

Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels Offer tailored consultations on Ayurveda therapies, wellness stays, and treatment plans Proactively engage leads and convert them into confirmed bookings Promote upgrades, extended stays, and value-added wellness offerings Liaise with the Kerala resort team for custom requirements and client updates Manage payment confirmations and pre-arrival communications professionally Maintain an organized CRM and ensure a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
