Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and coordinate daily operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth service delivery, operational efficiency, and strong coordination across teams and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers
Ensure timely execution and quality of services
Handle operational challenges and provide quick solutions
Maintain accurate operational records and reports
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Hindi & English)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic understanding of operations management
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
