We are seeking a professional and customer-focused

Travel Agent

to assist clients in planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, accurate travel information, and customized travel solutions while maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

Consult with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences Plan and book domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, hotels, tours, visas, and transportation Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, fares, and promotions Handle ticketing, reservations, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds Assist clients with visa applications and travel documentation Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and travel-related issues professionally Maintain updated client records and booking details Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth Stay updated on travel trends, airline policies, and destination regulations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (travel/tourism certification is an advantage) Proven experience as a travel agent or in a related customer service role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in reservation (ONLINE PORTALS) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Computer literacy (MS Office, email, booking systems)

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of visa processing and travel insurance Sales and negotiation skills Multilingual abilities are a plus Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude

Work Conditions

Office-based with occasional extended hours during peak seasons
