Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of daily inbound calls (approximately 50 per day) with professionalism and courtesy.
Respond to customer inquiries with a polite, solution-oriented approach.
Actively listen to understand customer needs and provide accurate, personalized travel recommendations.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all communications and transaction records.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clear and consistent communication.
Confidently share detailed information about our holiday homes and related services.
Manage and nurture leads
(Social media and CRM ) effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and maximizing conversion opportunities.
Resolve customer concerns within established timelines and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with team members, demonstrating a willingness to learn and contribute positively to the team environment.
