Job Description

We are looking for Tour consultants who have a degree or diploma in Tourism Management and are ready to understand the client's needs, provide accurate travel options, coordinate transportation and arrange an excellent travel experience.

We will provide the necessary training . Looking for long term commitment.

Core responsibilities

Client consultation:

Meet with clients to understand their travel goals, budget, and preferences.

Itinerary planning:

Design and customize travel itineraries that include flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

Booking and reservations:

Book flights, hotels, rental cars, and tours.

Destination expertise:

Provide information on destinations, local customs, weather, and attractions.

Documentation and requirements:

Assist clients with necessary travel documents, such as visas, and advise on travel insurance options.

Financial and administrative tasks:

Manage payments, process invoices, and maintain accurate client and booking records.

Problem-solving:

Address and resolve any travel-related issues or complaints that arise during or before a trip.

Industry knowledge:

Stay updated on travel trends, pricing, and regulations by attending seminars, conferences, or training sessions.
Required skills and qualifications

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using travel booking systems and software. Knowledge of popular travel destinations and international travel requirements. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Flexibility to work outside standard business hours, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma is typically required, though a degree in hospitality or tourism is often preferred.
