Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Travel Consultant

to join our team at Nextrip Global Office, Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, designing travel itineraries, coordinating bookings, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, destination knowledge, and a passion for the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and tour packages (domestic and international). Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including flights, visas, accommodations, insurance, and transport. Provide accurate information on destinations, attractions, tours, and travel requirements. Manage group tours and FIT (Free Independent Traveler) bookings efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business. Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / related field. Prior experience as a Tour Consultant or in the travel industry preferred. Strong knowledge of international and domestic destinations, ticketing, and visa processes. Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Malayalam, English, Hindi preferred). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
