The Travel Consultant is responsible for assisting clients with planning, booking, and managing their travel requirements. This includes domestic and international travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, holiday packages, tours, visas, and insurance, while ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Understand client needs and provide suitable travel options within their budget.
Plan and arrange travel itineraries including flights, accommodation, transportation, and activities.
Provide accurate information regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather, and travel regulations.
Book and issue tickets, process cancellations, re-scheduling, and refunds.
Advise clients on travel requirements
Promote and upsell tour packages, holiday deals, and additional services.
Maintain client records, handle queries, and ensure repeat business through relationship building.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and suppliers for smooth execution of travel services.
Stay updated on industry trends, travel restrictions, and promotional offers.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality.
Knowledge in Computer operating and Ms Office.
Fresher or Proven 1 - 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
Excellent communication Skill.
Preferred female candidates.
