Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultants to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations, provide expert advice on destinations, and deliver a premium customer experience from inquiry to post-travel support.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable travel packages. Provide detailed information on destinations, itineraries, accommodations, and pricing. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally. Customize packages according to client needs and budget. Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, transfers, and tours. Follow up with clients before, during, and after travel for feedback and satisfaction. Stay updated with the latest travel trends, deals, and regulations. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.

Requirements:

Previous experience in travel consultancy, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for travel and knowledge of popular destinations (domestic and international). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking tools.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
