Trinity International is seeking a motivated and customer-focused

Travel Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide clients with the best travel solutions. You will be responsible for creating customized travel itineraries, advising customers on destinations and packages, and ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budget. Plan and sell domestic and international tour packages, flights, hotels, and related services. Provide detailed information about destinations, travel arrangements, visa requirements, and insurance. Handle reservations, bookings, cancellations, and amendments. Build long-term client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth. Stay updated on travel trends, offers, and industry regulations. Assist in resolving travel issues, complaints, or emergencies promptly.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role (freshers with strong interest may apply). Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, tour operations, and travel documentation. Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office, email, and travel booking systems.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
