Location: Kochi (MG Road)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Open Positions (September 2025)

1? Travel Consultant
Experience Required: 1-2 years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ?35,000
Role: Help clients craft seamless travel experiences from flights and hotels to visas and tours.

2? Team Leader
Experience Required: 2-3 years
Salary Range: ₹35,000 - ?45,000
Role: Lead and mentor a team of travel consultants, oversee bookings, and ensure excellent customer service.

3? Senior Team Leader
Experience Required: 3-5 years in a leadership role
Salary Range: ₹45,000 - ?55,000
Role: Drive performance, manage operations, and guide the team to deliver exceptional travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities (All Roles)

Plan and book personalized domestic and international travel experiences
Consult with clients and offer expert destination knowledge
Manage reservations, ticketing, itineraries, and travel documentationEnsure seamless communication and high-quality customer service
Stay updated on travel trends, booking systems, and supplier policies
Collaborate with the team to design tailored travel packages

What We're Looking For

Strong communication & customer service skills
Passion for travel and tourism
Experience with travel booking systems is a plus
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Knowledge of visa procedures is an advantage
Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
