Position: Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

Gypsy Circle ,We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Travel Consultant to help clients plan and book their travel arrangements. The role involves understanding customer preferences, recommending suitable travel options, and ensuring smooth end-to-end service. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, passionate about travel, and capable of delivering exceptional customer experiences..

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
Suggest appropriate travel packages, routes, and accommodations
Maintain accurate records of bookings and advance payments
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Convert leads into confirmed bookings through effective follow-up and persuasion.
Requirements:

plus two or any degree
At least 1 year of tele calling experience
preferred experience in academic counselling or tele sales
Fluent in Malayalam (Hindi and English are a plus)
Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
Basic computer proficiency

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
