About the Role:
We are looking for a Travel Consultant (Operations) who will ensure smooth execution of client travel plans. This role focuses on client servicing and vendor coordination -- ensuring every detail of the journey is handled seamlessly from booking to completion.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
Prepare detailed itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and local vendors for bookings and arrangements.
Ensure timely confirmations and smooth execution of all travel logistics.
Handle client queries and provide support before, during, and after travel.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, vendor agreements, and client information in CRM.
Resolve operational issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support toehold's group tours and photography workshops with logistics when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in travel operations or client servicing.
Strong knowledge of destinations, travel logistics, and industry practices.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office & travel management tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
