Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on destinations, travel options, and packages.
Plan and book flights, hotels, transfers, and tours.
Guide clients on visa, insurance, and travel documentation.
Provide quotations and ensure cost-effective solutions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and emergencies.
Stay updated on travel trends, offers, and supplier deals.
Maintain records of bookings, invoices, and payments.
Build long-term customer relationships for repeat business.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Travel/Tourism/Hospitality (preferred).
Experience in travel consulting or customer service.
Knowledge of International and domestic Air Ticketing
Knowledge of International Tour Packages.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with attention to detail.
