Role & Responsibilities:-

Manage and coordinate travel bookings and itineraries for clients. Design and present tailor-made itineraries Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service. Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations. Answer emails and calls from clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have about their travel plans Resolve any issues or disruptions that may arise during travel. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations and industry trends. Ensure timely confirmations, documentation, and pre-departure communication. Maintain client profiles, travel preferences, and budgets for repeat business. Provide advice on travel documents, visa processes, insurance, and health regulations. Handle amendments, cancellations, and refunds as per company and supplier policies. Ensure high accuracy in calculations, costing, and invoicing. Deliver excellent customer service and manage post-trip feedback.

Preferred Candidate Profile:-

Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in travel sales or a similar role. Familiarity with the latest travel trends, including popular vacation locations and activities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in travel booking . Customer service Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field Budget management Problem-solving Attention to detail Organizational skills
