Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and requirements
Design and book domestic and international travel itineraries (flights, hotels, tours, transportation, cruises)
Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, travel insurance, and health requirements
Secure competitive rates and negotiate with suppliers when applicable
Manage changes, cancellations, and travel disruptions efficiently
Maintain detailed client records and booking documentation
Stay up to date on travel trends, supplier offerings, and industry regulations
Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
