Job Description

We are looking for a Travel Executive at our Chikhli office, who will manage travel requirements made for business or holiday, also will provide tourism related services and package tours on behalf of our suppliers. Knowledge of GDS/Amadeus is mandatory

The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Requirement and skills

Candidate should have a good communication skills and ability to interact and negotiate effectively Along with strong coordination and sales skill with proven experience in Travel Industry with Knowledge of travel norms, ticketing and reservation Sound knowledge of domestic/ international travel trends along with other languages will be considered as an advantage Candidates should have good knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, effective time-management skills with willingness to work in shifts Knowledge of GDS/Amadeus

Responsibilities

Plan and sell Transportations, accommodations, insurance and other travel services Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of Transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds Enter data into our software and maintain client files Meet profit and sales target, also provide after sales services to the customers Responsibilities of making new reservations on Amadeus and changes to existing reservations, quoting the correct fares, rules of carriage, issuance/ re-issuance of tickets, and processing of refunds. Respond to customer queries over the telephone, email, fax, web chat, social media Maintain and generate reports as required Sell, up-sell and cross-sell products and services to the customer Complete fraud prevention check Receive Inbound calls from customers to provide information as and as require
