Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Travel Consultant with excellent Arabic language skills to handle clients from GCC countries. As a Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, tailoring travel solutions, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls/emails from GCC clients, responding to queries, and providing travel-related information.

2. Book flights, hotels, and other travel services, ensuring timely delivery of travel documents.

3. Provide personalized travel recommendations and customized itineraries.

4. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their travel preferences, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

5. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance) to ensure smooth travel experiences.

6. Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and GCC market requirements.

Requirements:

1.

Fluency in Arabic (spoken & written) is mandatory

; English proficiency is a must.

2. Travel industry experience (minimum 1-2 years) in a similar role.

3. In-depth knowledge of GCC travel market, destinations, and requirements.

4. Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

6. Familiarity with travel software and GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Degree in Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality.

2. Experience with travel agency operations, ticketing, and documentation.

3. Knowledge of GCC visa requirements and travel regulations.
