Rayna Group Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused

Travel Consultant

to join our team in Balewadi, Pune. This opportunity is ideal for fresher's or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or customer service. You will assist clients with their travel plans, offer suitable options, and ensure a smooth travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to understand their travel needs and suggest suitable options (flights, hotels, packages, tours, etc.). Prepare and share customized itineraries as per client requirements. Provide accurate information on destinations, visas, and travel regulations. Handle bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and queries. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for seamless operations. Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

0-1 year of experience in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Customer Service (fresher's welcome). Graduate / Diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet research. Passion for the travel industry and eagerness to learn. Customer-centric with problem-solving abilities.
