We are seeking professionals with

0-5 years of experience

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and support for an international travel process. Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and ticketing through various channels (voice, email, etc.). Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring a positive experience. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals and maintain high service standards. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting a positive image for the client.
What We're Looking For:

0-5 years of experience

in customer support, with a preference for candidates from the travel industry. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Willingness to work in a work-from-office setting with rotational shifts.
