We are looking for a Travel Associate to handle day-to-day travel operations and support internal teams and customers with booking-related queries. The role involves coordination with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to ensure smooth travel management.
Key Responsibilities
Handle basic travel-related queries from internal teams and customers
Coordinate with airlines for booking confirmations, schedule changes, name corrections, and cancellations
Follow up with hotels for reservation confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and refund status
Track and follow up on pending refunds with airlines, hotels, and travel partners
Maintain proper documentation for bookings, cancellations, and refund cases
Update booking and refund status in internal systems or trackers
Communicate clearly with stakeholders on timelines, policies, and outcomes
Ensure adherence to company and vendor travel policies
Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
Basic understanding of flight and hotel booking processes
Good verbal and written communication skills
Experience coordinating with multiple vendors
Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
Attention to detail and good record-keeping skills
Basic knowledge of cancellation and refund policies
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet deadlines
