Job Title: Travel and Tourism Tutor (Full-Time)

About the Role
We are hiring a Travel and Tourism Tutor for our Vyttila, Kochi center. The tutor will be responsible for guiding students through practical travel industry skills and fostering a dynamic environment that supports their professional growth in tour planning, hospitality, customer service, and global tourism trends.

Responsibilities
Conduct daily travel and tourism classes for aspiring professionals.
Introduce foundational concepts such as tour itineraries, travel documentation, hospitality management, customer relationship strategies, sustainable tourism, and industry regulations.
Prepare and organize learning materials, case studies, and hands-on projects like mock tour packages.
Observe and assess each student's progress, providing individual guidance as needed.
Encourage creativity, practical skills, and real-world application in a student-centered environment.
Maintain proper lesson records, attendance, and progress reports.
Communicate regularly with students and the academic team to ensure career-ready development.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory).
0-1 year or more experience in travel and tourism or training (freshers with certifications/projects welcome).
Strong understanding of travel industry tools, trends, and strategies.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passionate about teaching and empowering future tourism professionals.
Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment.

Working Hours
Full-time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
