Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and customizing travel itineraries for international clients. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and tour guides to manage booking logistics. Support the reservations and operations team in handling daily client queries. Communicate with clients via email and phone to confirm trip details and resolve minor issues. Prepare travel documents including vouchers, welcome letters, and tour summaries. Maintain client databases and ensure accurate entry of travel plans in CRM systems. Research destinations, activities, and local experiences to enhance tour offerings. Provide administrative support to the inbound team.

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field. Passion for travel and a strong interest in showcasing India to international visitors. Good communication skills in English; additional foreign languages are a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of travel software is an advantage. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-player mindset.
