As Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of operations, team leadership, and business development for the Jaipur branch. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone with strong industry relationships, a customer-first mindset, and a track record in building high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and oversee day-to-day operations of the Jaipur branch
Lead a local team of travel consultants and sales executives
Meet sales targets across B2C, group tours, and MICE segments
Drive local marketing initiatives, partnerships, and lead generation
Ensure exceptional client servicing and customer satisfaction
Monitor cost control, revenue targets, and overall branch profitability
Liaise with suppliers, hotels, DMCs, and logistics partners for seamless execution
Report regularly to head office in Kolkata
Desired Profile:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry
Previous experience in a branch/team leadership or senior sales role is a must
Strong network in the Jaipur travel market (B2C/B2B/Corporate)
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to manage P&L, team KPIs, and operational challenges independently
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Marwari is a bonus
