Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Travel Coordinator to manage all domestic and international business travel arrangements for our employees. This in-house role is responsible for ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and compliant travel logistics while prioritizing the safety and comfort of our travelers. The ideal candidate will be adept at negotiation, technology, and crisis management.

Key Responsibilities



Travel Management & Booking

Booking:Coordinate and book all travel logistics, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and ground transportation for employees and executives in adherence to the company's travel policy.

Itinerary Creation: Create and distribute detailed, accurate, and customized travel itineraries, including visa requirements, travel advisories, and contact information.

Policy Compliance:Actively enforce and monitor compliance with the company's corporate travel policy to ensure cost controls and consistency across all bookings.

Cost Control & Vendor Management



Cost Efficiency: Research and compare travel options to secure the most favorable rates, maximizing savings without compromising traveler efficiency or safety.

Vendor Negotiation: Assist in managing relationships and negotiating preferred rates and contracts with airlines, hotel chains, and car rental companies.

Budget Oversight: Track travel expenditures against the department and company budget. Provide management with data on spending trends and cost-saving opportunities.

Traveler Support & Risk Management



Emergency Support: Provide real-time assistance and support to travelers for unforeseen issues such as flight cancellations, delays, re-bookings, and other in-transit emergencies (often requiring flexibility for off-hours support).

Duty of Care: Ensure all travel arrangements consider traveler safety, security, and well-being, especially for high-risk or international destinations.

Documentation: Handle all pre-trip administration, including coordinating visa/passport applications, travel insurance, and required health documentation.

Administration & Reporting



Expense Coordination: Liaise with the Finance/Accounting department to facilitate the travel expense reporting process (e.g., processing T&E reports, reconciling invoices, managing corporate credit cards).

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential records of all bookings, expenses, traveler profiles, and frequent flyer/loyalty program details.

Reporting: Generate regular reports on travel spending, vendor usage, policy compliance rates, and cost-saving metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications



Experience: 2 to3+ years of proven experience in a corporate travel, or travel coordination role.

SALARY -25K-30K

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
