Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Travel Agent to provide exceptional travel services to our clients. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning trips, booking transportation, accommodations, and providing travel-related guidance to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client travel requirements and provide tailored travel solutions. Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and tour packages for clients. Offer advice on travel options, destinations, costs, and travel insurance. Handle travel documentation such as visas, passports, and tickets. Maintain relationships with travel service providers to get the best deals. Keep up-to-date with travel trends, airline policies, and visa regulations. Manage client inquiries, complaints, and provide post-travel assistance. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences.

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (GDS like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo). Customer service-oriented with problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of geography and popular travel destinations.
