Travel Agent
to assist clients with planning, booking, and managing their travel arrangements. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in planning and booking domestic and international travel
Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, visa guidelines, and pricing
Book flights, hotels, holiday packages, transportation, and travel insurance
Handle changes, cancellations, and rebooking requests efficiently
Prepare itineraries, invoices, tickets, and travel vouchers
Stay updated on airline regulations, travel trends, and promotional offers
Provide professional and timely customer service through phone, email, and in person
Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer service, or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
Good organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple bookings
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
