About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Travel Consultant

with hands-on expertise in

Amadeus GDS

for domestic flight bookings. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the Indian travel market, fare rules, ticketing procedures, and customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and process domestic flight bookings using

Amadeus GDS

. Handle PNR creation, modification, cancellations, and reissuance. Provide accurate fare quotes and issue tickets as per airline guidelines. Assist customers with itinerary planning and travel-related queries. Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking or ticketing issues. Maintain high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience

working with

Amadeus GDS

(mandatory). Strong knowledge of

domestic air travel

and fare structures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
