Researching, planning, and arranging travel itineraries for individuals and groups.
Booking accommodations, transportation, and other services within client preferences and budgets.
Providing exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving travel issues.
Staying updated on industry trends, policies, and advisories to offer accurate information.
Maintaining records, processing payments, and assisting with travel reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Previous experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of travel practices, destinations, and software.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills.
Flexibility to work outside regular hours as needed
