About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Travel Agent with strong expertise in ticketing, itinerary planning, and customer support for our night shift operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GDS systems, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently during night hours.

Responsibilities:

Handle domestic and international flight bookings, amendments, and cancellations Issue and reissue tickets using GDS systems (Amadeus) Provide accurate fare quotes, routing options, and travel solutions Assist customers via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours Resolve ticketing-related queries efficiently and professionally Maintain customer records and documentation according to company standards Ensure compliance with airline policies, travel regulations, and company procedures

Qualifications:

Minimum

3 years experience

in travel agency ticketing Proficiency in at least one GDS (Amadeus) Strong knowledge of fares, reissues, refunds, and airline rules Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently during night shifts Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
