We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Travel Executive

to join our team for the

day shift

. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in

air ticketing

(domestic and international) and

designing holiday packages

for individuals and groups. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing travel agency and help clients plan smooth and memorable trips.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle flight bookings and reservations using GDS/airline portals. Prepare customized holiday packages as per client requirements (domestic & international). Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and budget. Coordinate with vendors, hotels, and transport partners to confirm package inclusions. Provide cost estimates and itineraries to clients. Ensure accurate documentation and booking confirmations. Manage amendments, cancellations, and refunds in a timely manner. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in travel industry. Strong knowledge of ticketing platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, etc.). Experience in designing and costing holiday packages. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently during day shift hours. Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email communication).
