Key Responsibilities:
Manage
inbound and outbound calls
to assist US-based clients with travel bookings.
Handle flight reservations, hotel bookings, car rentals, and travel insurance.
Use
Amadeus
for ticketing, cancellations, and reissuance.
Provide timely and accurate travel solutions over phone, email, and chat.
Ensure compliance with airline policies and US travel regulations.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for smooth travel arrangements.
Handle urgent requests and resolve travel issues efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months
of experience in US travel process.
Hands-on experience with
Amadeus
(mandatory).
Strong understanding of
hotels, car rentals, and air ticketing
.
Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal and written).
Experience handling
inbound and outbound customer calls
.
Willingness to work in
night shifts
(US time zone).
