Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls related to flights, bookings, changes, and cancellations.
Use
Amadeus, GDS
and ticketing tools to issue, reissue, and cancel tickets.
Provide accurate fare quotes and travel information.
Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of airline policies and travel regulations.
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in travel customer service or ticketing.
Proficient in
Amadeus
and
GDS /ticketing platforms
.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends if required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Jalandhar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
