We're Hiring: Travel Agent (Amadeus GDS) - Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced

Travel Agent

to join our team for the

night shift

. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in

Amadeus GDS

and capable of handling end-to-end travel booking operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle flight reservations, reissues, cancellations, and refunds using

Amadeus GDS

Manage domestic and international ticketing Assist clients with fare rules, schedules, and travel-related queries Resolve booking issues and provide excellent customer support Coordinate with airlines and suppliers when required Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience working on

Amadeus GDS

Good knowledge of airline fares, routing, and ticketing rules Ability to work independently during the

night shift

Strong communication and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and time management skills Prior experience in a travel agency is preferred

Night Shift Full-time position
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?50,000.00 per month
